I had been interfacing with different agents on/off but hadn't found someone to work with long term. I'm what is typically referred to as a "difficult buyer" in the real estate world; I'm picky and I don't rush into a purchase. So, most agents seem to lose interest in working with me. Mark was different. It felt as though he became more of a partner in the process, determined to find the property that would work best FOR ME. He stayed on top of the market, promptly alerting me about potential "good fits" knowing that desirable properties were moving quickly. He was a great screener of properties having developed a good sense of what features I would accept/reject. As I was often out-of-town, he would proactively tour and video properties on my behalf. I grew to trust his advice about the buying process as well as his opinions about properties and the local housing market. Eventually we found an ideal property, which unfortunately ended up requiring more work from Mark because the Seller was out-of-town. But, as usual, he stepped up to fill any gaps and got things done not only to facilitate a successful closing, but even continued to help me after the closing. His patience and commitment in this fairly complicated transaction was absolutely essential and he always went above and beyond to overcome any hurdles that developed. I highly recommend Mark as a real estate professional who is dedicated to working with his clients to not only find their ideal property but to provide excellent expertise/assistance throughout the entire process. I would recommend him to anyone. He made the sale of my house so easy. He was always on top of things. I had to have my roof replaced before the sale of my house went through. He worked with everyone to make it happen before closing. If I had questions or if anything came up, I could count on Mark to walk me through it. He was so helpful.
