I was very fortunate to discover Mark Winslow (Berkshire Hathaway/Floberg Real Estate) after starting my search for the right property to purchase in Billings, Montana. I had been interfacing with different agents on/off but hadn't found someone to work with long term. I'm what is typically referred to as a "difficult buyer" in the real estate world; I'm picky and I don't rush into a purchase. So, most agents seem to lose interest in working with me. His patience and commitment in this fairly complicated transaction was absolutely essential and he always went above and beyond to overcome any hurdles that developed.
